A Must Read

Dr. Diana Schwarzbein is bold. Listen to this:

"Degenerative diseases are not genetic but acquired. Because the systems of the human body are interconnected and because one imbalance creates another imbalance, poor eating and lifestyle habits, not genetics, are the main cause of degenerative diseases of aging."

Our hormones control every process in our body and Dr. Schwarzbein explains that when we have a poor diet and high stress lifestyle it throws our hormones out of balance which makes us fat and unhealthy.

That's pretty simple stuff. In fact her whole book is simple...cut out the white flour, sugar and processed food and go back to what people have always eaten....real food! Her other advice? Slow down, eliminate stress, get enough rest each night and exercise in moderation. All in all a very good and down to earth book.
