For a better night's sleep make sure your room is:
- Quiet- Turn off the TV, CD player, close your bedroom door and if the neighbors are noisy shut the windows.
- Cool- Make sure the room temperature in your room is slightly cool. The body likes cool temperatures when you're sleeping.
- Dark- Shut those blinds tight, get room darkening shades (or heavy curtains) or just use a sleep mask .
