People often ask which supplements we take. By far our favorite is a nutritious brew we call "tomato soup." We drink it up every other day and we both love it!
Here are the brew ingredients (click on the name for a link to purchase):
1. EFA Oil (Essential Fatty Acids): Unrefined olive oil, unrefined flaxseed oil, unrefined English borage oil, unrefined sesame seed oil....gives you a nice balance of Omega 3, 6 & 9's
2. Medi Aminos- amino acids are the building blocks of the body
3. Nutritional Yeast- fantastic source of the B vitamins...those are the vitamins that give you healthy skin and hair and stave off depression (among other things)
4. Tomato Concentrate
And here's the recipe (makes enough for 1 person):
- 1 TBS. Medi-Amino Bean/Grain mix (excellent source of protein)
- 1 TBS. Tomato Concentrate (potassium)
- 2 TBS. Nutritional Flakes (vitamin B and protein)
- Sea Salt to taste (sodium)
- 1 tsp. EFA oil (healthy fats)
- 1 cup of water
